Description

The Netherton Chef’s Prospector Pan features deep sides with a gently curved profile and a broad cooking surface at the base which offers versatility for a range of dishes. It’s ideal for making perfect omelettes, sautéing vegetables, searing steaks, cooking crispy-skinned fish fillets, and preparing superb sauces.

These fab spun iron pans not only cook like a dream they look beautiful too. Featuring two handles finished with two Netherton branded brass rivets.

Size: Available in 23cm (9”) & 28cm (11”)

Material: Hand spun cast iron.

Care instructions: Never clean the cast, black or spun iron bowl, lid or pan in a dish washer. Don’t place, when hot into very cold water. This might cause it crack or warp. After use, clean the bowl with a stiff plastic brush and hot water.
